Haku Support

Haku puts the agents running in Haku Terminal on your Mac in your pocket: see who is working, read their conversations, message them, or talk to them by voice.

What you need

• A Mac running Haku Terminal.
• Tailscale installed and signed in on both the Mac and your iPhone, with the same account.

The app walks you through this the first time you open it.

Common problems

“Can't reach your Mac.” Check that Tailscale is connected on both devices, that the Mac is awake, and that Haku Terminal is open.

No sessions listed. Open a session in Haku Terminal on the Mac; it appears on the phone within a few seconds. Pull down on the Dashboard to refresh.

Voice does not connect.Allow microphone access for Haku in the iPhone's Settings. If the Mac already has a voice call open, the app offers to take the call.

No notifications when an agent wants a word. Allow notifications for Haku in Settings.
